The studio residence is perfect for a couple or small family. Studio residences are well equipped with a kitchenette which includes a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove, and even a mini-dishwasher. Studio residences feature a queen bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom, allowing up to four guests.

The one bedroom offers a full size living area and comes with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, a private deck, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, full size washer/dryer and TV/DVD players. One bedroom residence at Grand Timber Lodge feature a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to four people.

The 2BR sleeps 6 and has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, a private deck, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, full size washer/dryer and TV/DVD players.

The 2BR lockoff sleeps 8 and is a 1BR and studio put together with a door between them.
