The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is conveniently located at the base of Peak 7 in Breckenridge, steps from the Independence SuperChair. With easy access to the ski area’s 2,200+ acres of terrain, the Grand Lodge also sits on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge. The 1BR Residence has 800 sq. ft., sleeps 4, and includes a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and free covered parking for one car.

With approximately 800 square feet, one-bedroom residences feature a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The one-bedroom residences at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offer all the comforts and amenities of a full-size condominium, with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, a large living room area and a private balcony.

You check in at the front desk which is open 24/7 and will have to present a picture ID and credit card for incidentals but you're under no obligation to buy anything or attend a timeshare presentation. I am the owner of this timeshare and have a firm reservation for the week(s) shown and will put the reservation in your name.
