You can see across the sound to Rum Point, a popular beach area which you can reach by car or ferry. The Grand Cayman 18 hole golf course is right next door to this property. Island breezes and palm trees located by the ocean, with a long walking pier to enjoy or catch a tour right from the dock. The 2 bedroom suite is a lock-off so you can use either the one bedroom king, with full kitchen, dining, laundry and 2 patios. Or both sides of the unit for additional guests. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a walk-in glass shower, access from the bedroom or hall. Full patio doors in living room with views of the ocean and golf course or pool deck. There is a restaurant and bar onsite, award winning for the food and tropical drinks. Live entertainment 3 nights per week. There are bicycles to rent and a new pickleball court. Beautiful tropical gardens with sitting areas, BBQ for guests, towels for the pool, drink service poolside and security all night on the property. However, Grand Cayman is safe and family friendly. Many people choose Grand Cayman because of this. This island is a British Colony and you will see the influence in the culture and the people, who are very kind and welcoming. The service staff come to work here from all over the world. Grand Cayman has a very high standard of living, which you will see from the hotels, restaurants and resorts throughout the island, but especially along the 7 Mile Beach, which is famous for the crystal clear, warm waters. You will fall in love with the turquoise waters,. perfect for snorkeling on your own of the many beaches, or with an organized tour. Sea turtles are protected here but you can see them in certain snorkel spots. Scuba diving is very popular for abundance of tropical fish and the reefs are spectacular! Gorgeous sunsets off 7 Mile Beach!
Shop for duty free jewels, watches, cameras, art, and clothing, etc., all high end or you can stop by the local tee shirt/beach shops. Camana Bay is a large complex built for you to enjoy shopping, lunch/dinner, good wines, or a movie. So many restaurants, there are too many to list. The island is well-known for the cuisine. You can get anything you need in Grand Cayman including medical care, spa services, car rentals, deep sea fishing, etc. Check online for the deep sea fishing and Cayman Charters. sunset and dinner cruises. You won't be disappointed.

You can choose to rent either the one-bedroom or the lock-off suite. Just let me know what works for 2–4 people, and I can make it happen. The price is lower when the unit is split. We’ve stayed in the king lock-off efficiency suite before and really enjoyed it.

The fee I am asking is the annual maintenance fee only. There is no extra money made on this rental. The resort is very clean and the staff are excellent.
