NOTE 2 – I've reduced the rental price for 2027 because of planned resort maintenance and construction, and there is a chance of some construction related noise and disruption. This is a temporary reduction and rental prices will be returned to normal in 2028.

UNIT 1801 -- Penthouse level, ocean facing, condo unit with a private balcony that provides great views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, and the easily accessible Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

BEST BEACH: -- NEVER CROWDED -- Due to its unique location between the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the Bonnet House Museum/Gardens, the extensive beach front is never crowded. The world-famous beach is very wide with a gentle slope continuing into the warm, clear, aqua-marine water. Daily beach maintenance keeps the sand soft and clean. A nice shower available at the exit of the beach provides an opportunity for a rinse before heading back to the resort.

BALCONY VIEW: The private balcony provides great views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, the easily accessible Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and the small local community.

ROOM AMENITIES: This unit contains 2 sections:
The primary section includes a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room area, a large king-bed bedroom, and a full bath.
The 2nd section is considered a private master suite that contains another king bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a separate entrance.
Each bedroom contains a king-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a safe.
The living room area contains a full size sleeper sofa, a comfortable full size Murphy-bed, and a large flat screen TV.
This lock-out style layout is great for 2 couples + kids, and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
Additional Room Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an open plan living room with dining area, cable TV with HBO, a private balcony, A/C, hairdryers, DVD, and more. Free wireless Internet is available in all areas.
