2026 Maintenance fee paid for week of 4/24-5/1 which aligns with NH school vacation week.

Upstairs/downstairs unit with private 2 queen beds upstairs, queen Murphy bed on first floor, and additional queen sofa bed on first floor. Full bath on each floor. Kitchen with fridge, range, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. Resort is in the heart of North Conway with large indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, grills, game room, and playground. We love this area and have a separate week at ESI that we are not selling. We simply can't use this unit as much with the kids' schedules. Friday check-in.
