You're welcome to rent any of these weeks and try the resort before buying and the difference between the rent and maintenance fee will be credited to the purchase price if you decide to buy.

The 1BR sleeps 4 and the 2BR sleeps 6. They have a king size bed in the master bedroom (the 2BR has twin beds in the second bedroom), a sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, a 55"-65" HD TV in the living room, 42" HD TV in the bedrooms, and virtual DVR.
