Key West Resort on Ocean

UNIT A102 EXCELLENT WEEK 13. I have 2 bedroom, ocean-view condo with full kitchen, luxury King bed in Master Suite, full bathroom attached, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom across the hallway. Main living area has Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen integrates into dining and living area and is functional but not large. Full size fridge, stove & dishwasher. It is rated for 6 people but I think 2 couples or couple with 2 or 3 children is ideal. Right on the ocean. Beautiful place and well maintained. This week never has any availability. Price charged by resort for this week is for week 13 is now $799 per weeknight plus taxes and $899.00 per weekend night plus taxes and parking. Rental is $3500.00 for the week and no parking charge. Payment is via etransfer to be discussed and arranged with renter directly. I have rental agreement and advise the resort of the rental arrangement once the week is booked and paid.
