Maintenance Fees: All fees are completely current and paid up to date. The next renewal is not due until January 2027 ($1,439).
Closing Costs: As a highly motivated seller, I will pay 100% of the closing costs and title transfer fees out of my own pocket, provided we use LT Transfers to handle the escrow and legal deed transfer.
Because my retirement and travel plans have permanently changed, I am ready to hand this unit over to a new owner who can fully utilize it. Since all fees are paid through the end of the year, you can take over this ownership with zero upfront costs.
