Club Tahoe Fixed Week 49 – Free Transfer

We inherited this annual Week 49 timeshare at Club Tahoe in Incline Village and do not expect to use it, so we would like to pass it along to someone who will enjoy it.

The ownership is for Unit 14, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that sleeps six. It has two queen beds, a loft with two twin beds, a full kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Week 49 falls in early December each year, around the beginning of Lake Tahoe’s winter season.

Club Tahoe is convenient to nearby skiing, restaurants, casinos, and other North Lake Tahoe activities. The resort also has indoor and outdoor spas, a gym, tennis and racquetball courts, a game room, billiards, and a seasonal pool.

We’re offering unit 14 for free and will cover the transfer and closing costs. The new owner will take responsibility for future annual maintenance fees once the transfer is complete.
