I am looking to transfer my timeshare week(s) at the highly desireable Cliffs at Princeville on Kauai's North Shore.
Resort & Week Details:

Pikake Season (Floating Weeks 2–16) - Great late winter/spring demand.

Maintenance Fees: $1,810 for 2027–2028

Purchase price is $1.01.

Transfer & Closing Details:
To make this an easy, zero-risk decision for a prospective buyer, I am willing to pay the full closing and transfer fees up front.

We will be using LT Transfers (lttransfers.com), which is the most trusted, low-cost closing company recommended by the TUG community, to handle the legal deed transfer safely and professionally.

I also own a separate second week at this same resort in the Ginger/Protea Fall Season (Weeks 41-50) also listed here on the marketplace. I am perfectly happy to transfer them together if a single buyer wants both, or I can transfer each individually.

These weeks have fantastic trading power in Interval International (II) and RCI if you choose not to visit Kauai every year.
