I’m offering my Festiva Adventure Club Envoy Biennial membership, purchased in January 2014. The account is paid in full, current, and in good standing.

Church Street Inn in Charleston, South Carolina is the original home resort. Located in the heart of Charleston’s Historic District, it is within walking distance of the City Market, waterfront, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s most popular attractions. It is widely considered one of the most desirable home resorts in the Festiva Adventure Club system.

Membership Includes

* 3,600 Festiva Adventure Club points
* Biennial (odd-year) ownership

* Account is current with no outstanding balance

Maintenance Fees

This is a biennial ownership, so regular maintenance fees are billed only in odd years.

Current odd-year Maintenance and Reserve Fees total approximately $1,517 (based on the 2025 billing). There is no regular maintenance billing in even years.

Both reservations were easy to book using the Adventure Club points system.

Transfer

Transfer will be completed through Festiva’s official transfer process for buyer protection.

Current transfer costs quoted by Festiva are:

* Certification Fee: $300

These fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise negotiated.
