Annual Fixed Week 31 Ocean View Summer 1BR type "C" (HGVC eligible)
Annual Fixed Week 31 Ocean View Summer 1BR type "C" CSR Annual fixed week 31 summer ocean view, 1BR (type C), 1 Bath, at a great Southern California coastal resort (Pacific Ocean across the street). CSR has 25 1 BR type C units, most of them ocean view with balcony. CSR Owners put in unit requests 90 days to check-in on an annual basis. Check In/Out is on Sundays. This is a fixed week which we have enjoyed staying at as a family of four, been an excellent trader in RCI, we have rented it, and it has also gotten us 9,920 points in Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC). We have used our HGVC points to get into HGVC Elara in Las Vegas Nevada; HGVC Trump International, Las Vegas, Nevada; HGVC King's Land in Waikoloa, Big Island of Hawaii; HGVC Maui Bay Villas, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii; and HGVC at MarBrisa, Carlsbad, California. We are enrolled in HGVC via Marbrisa in Carlsbad and CSR has given us 9,920 HGVC annual points. I am not sure how you would get the HGVC points . I believe you would need to already be a member of HGVC to be allowed to use CSR as HGVC points and there may be separate fees involved. I do not believe CSR will qualify you for HGVC on its own. Your situation is dependent on your personal set up and you will need to confirm all of this for yourself. First year use at CSR in unit is 2027 as we have already claimed the 9,920 HGVC points for 2025 & 2026. If you want to use the equivalent of 19,840 (9,920 x 2) HGVC points (2025 & 2026) then I am willing to cooperate and search for an HGVC reservation for you to any of their available destinations as long as you pay the 2025 & 2026 maintenance fees as well as all HGVC reservation, point protection and guest certificate fees. 2025 Maintenance Fees are total $1,866.60 (which consists of assessments $956.75 + capital reserves $819.91 + property tax $89.94). 2026 maintenance fees will be slightly higher than 2025. CSR had a special assessment in 2023 of $302.52 to upgrade balconies and open air walkways at the resort to bring them up to new California codes. This project is ongoing. There have not been any special assessments in 2024 nor 2025. Buyer is responsible for all closing and transfer fees estimated to be $1,000 which includes a Grand Pacific Resorts transfer fee of $595.00
