FREE Breezy Point High Village Timeshare – Week 24

Due to health-related circumstances, we are transferring our deeded Week 24 ownership at Breezy Point High Village.

This is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit with underground parking and convenient access to the pool. Week 24 falls in mid-June and often includes Father's Day weekend, making it a great time to enjoy Minnesota lake country.

The ownership is fully paid off and all maintenance fees are current.

To make the transfer easy, we will:
• Pay all transfer and closing fees
• Pay the estimated 2027 maintenance fee

No purchase price is required. We are simply looking for a new owner who will enjoy the property.
