This is an even year with floating ‘value’ weeks deed. Weeks usually include to use are: 1-4, 15-24, 32-35, 37-46, 48-50. Holidays are excluded. Maintenance fees are billed every year so you pay 1/2 yearly by Dec 31st. They send the calendar with dates available with the bill.
The resort is great, with lots of activities, pools, hot tubs. The kitchen is stocked with flatware, dishes, cookware, dishwasher and there is a washer and dryer. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. They do have an exchange programs but I never really looked into it.
