This is a great timeshare to hit all the theme parks in Orlando. However, with points, you don't actually have to go to this resort, you can go anywhere. 73k points every-other year is just the right amount to take 1-2 vacations per year using the points. This is a great resort located near Ft. Lauderdale and all the great beaches in the area. The resort is quiet and a great home base to get some R&R, yet close enough to explore the coast. The unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, with a full kitchen and a kitchenette. The 2 beds and 2 sofa beds are perfect to sleep 8. The resort offers a pool and gym. Plenty of parking in the attached parking garages.

Week 18 is perfect for those who want to avoid the summer crowds, and high Florida summer temperatures. Unfortunately with Jr. High and High School age kids, we are now unable to travel during Week 18. Our family has made lots of memories at Mizner and now it's time to pass it on to a family that can make their own memories.

Every odd year you can use it, and maintenance fees are also every odd year. With an RCI membership you can trade for other weeks or for other properties.
