We have owned weeks 14 (unit VL0128) and 16 (unit VL0137) for decades. We converted them to RCI points several years ago. We get 24k points per year per week. We are motivated to sell as we are getting older and have too many timeshares. We used one of the weeks 2021 and found the resort to be in fine shape. There are 24k points available for each week in 2025. Transfer fee was recently $289 per week.

This is a one bedroom Biannual Even Year 44,500 points resort. The home week is week 36 in case one wants to use the resort instead of depositing the points with RCI (avoid the exchange fee). Next maintenance fee due May 1, 2026. Buyer will receive 2026 usage. I didn't understand how to answer when the first date available will be, because this is a points contract, so I entered 5/1/26 because that's when the buyer's maintenance fee will be due (can be paid sooner if desired), and usage will begin as soon as the maintenance fee is paid.

This is a Biannual Even Year 92,500 points resort. Next maintenance fee due January 1, 2026. Buyer will receive 2026 usage. Two bedroom unit, sleeps 8, full kitchen, Unit 10302, Lock-off. Assigned Unit Week 31 and Assigned Unit 10302 I didn't understand how to answer when the first date available will be, because this is a points contract, so I entered 1/1/26 because that's when the buyer's maintenance fee will be due (can be paid sooner if desired), and usage will begin as soon as the maintenance fee is paid.

40000 RCI points every second year until 2059. Possibly to accelerate by taking points during the "off" year, this shrinks the end date. Last payment was $1,322.55CDN effective August 31, 2023 ($972.55USD), next one due August 31, 2025. Transfer fee to be paid by seller. Cranberry resort is a 4-season resort less than 2 hours north of Toronto, on Georgian Bay (Great Lakes), with an excellent golf course, water sports, mountain biking, walking and bike trails and close to ski hills.

I am looking to get this timeshare into the hands of another family who can make use of it. My kids are older now so the great pool areas and daily activity schedules are not their favorite. I don't want to deal with the valuation process so I'm fine letting this go for free.
