I am posting for my dear friend…. She and her husband just found out last week that their 28 year-old daughter, who is 21 weeks pregnant…unborn baby has spinabifida. Daughter will have surgery Nov 28, and fetus will also be operated on. Surgery will take place at Vanderbilt, in Nashville…the surgery was actually pioneered there about 30 years ago. Their daughter will be bedridden from Nov 28 through delivery, around the end of February. For this surgery, the surgeon wants their daughter to live within 20 mins of the hospital for the entire time between Nov 28 and delivery, thus my post. Ironically they live only about 45 mins from the hospital in Nashville, but it is not close enough. The Wyndham Nashville at Opryland is a bit too far away. They would like to have a unit at the Wyndham Margaritaville Nashville during this time period. They do not own timeshare and do not want to, and they know this won’t be cheap, but I explained to them a little about Presidential Reserve and Founders at Wyndham, and with potential 60% points discount, from a seller willing to forego some points at or close to break even, would really be a super amazing thing to do. I told them about TUG, and reactivated my membership today to post for them.
